Fun fact: The Collagen family of proteins is the most abundant group of proteins in the body. Our amino acid products contain the amino acid “glycine”, which makes up one third of all of the amino acids in the collagen proteins. This is particularly helpful for maintaining good skin, strong ligaments, tendons, cartilage and facilitating the repair of soft tissues.
